We currently have a grid-tied solar system that is a little over 20 kW. During the high solar months (April thru September) we run our farm exclusively on solar. And this includes running a/c in our home AND farm market. We use a Sol-Arc 15k inverter as well as 6 back up batteries, in the event we have to operate for extended periods of time with no grid power.
