Making Homemade Spaghetti & Meatballs With Locally Raised Beef

Searing off homemade meatballs in cast iron to get some nice color on the outside, then they will get finished off in the oven to simmer in delicious vodka sauce. These will be paired with homemade pasta linguini and a homemade sour dough rosemary and parmesan focaccia.

Part of this will be to feed our family, and part will go to help lift the spirits of friends of ours battling covid. The beef for our meatballs is courtesy of Fleming Family Farms LLC a local beef source💗
